SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Bululu offers free shipping on all orders
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and sent in 7-14 days.
Delivery transit time depends on destination but is approximately 2-9 business days. More accurate times are available in checkout.
All mainland USA orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS.
International orders will be sent with USPS, as well as those destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses, and transit time may take longer.
We are unable to modify or partially cancel orders. To request an address change or a complete order cancellation please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 449 - 8548. 1-3 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request.
All item(s) must be returned in the original package and must have the same conditions in which they were received, including parts, accessories, and labels attached to it without alteration, unwashed, unstained, damaged free, and unused.
Exchanges can be done if both products have the same cost.
Returns must be done by emailing email@example.com with topic “REFUND: ORDER #(Your Order Number).” You have 30 days after you received the order to apply.
Ship your return to the provided address at the end of the return form. Bululu will assume the expenses incurred in the return transport logistics to our facilities.
We recommend you return the product using UPS.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a refund in 3-5 business days.
Bululu reserves the right to deny or accept a refund if the item has been worn and shows evidence of markings, modifications, or tears.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.
